Quick Overview

Library Selection- Daniel's Pick!

Product Description

“For a lot of us, Friday is the best day of the week. It’s the day that all other days are jealous of. It means the end of the work week, a trip to the bank to cash your paycheck, and the last two hours of your shift spent dreaming up plans for the weekend. For me, Fridays mean I get to open one of our tremendous Library wines for my weekly tasting room ritual, “Library Fridays.” Recently, I have had the pleasure of tasting and sharing the 2004 Andolsen Vineyard cabernet sauvignon and I must say this wine is outstanding! I’d even go as far as saying that out of Scott’s nearly 20 career cabernet sauvignons, this is my all time favorite. Our wines from the 2004 vintage are tasting better now than they ever have and the ’04 Andolsen is the pinnacle of this limited line up. I recommend decanting this wine for about an hour before sharing it with your closest friends. Cheers!” -Daniel

This hillside vineyard is sculpted above Dry Creek Valley & provides sustainably farmed grapes - no synthetic chemicals are used. Tantalizing aromas of nutmeg and dark cherry lead the way to the full flavors of this wine: cassis, allspice, blueberry, coffee and black cherry. A big cab, this wine has fantastic tannin structure that drinks well now and stands up to your boldest creations in the kitchen. Buy a case and cellar for years of cabernet pleasure! ~ Vegan ~ Bottled unfiltered and unfined. 200 cases crafted.
