This place sold me purely from their wines! Above is a list of the 6 different wines I sampled at Thumbprint, and I loved each and everyone of them. They all tasted great. Before Thumbprint, I have yet been to a winery / cellar where I liked each and every tasting they poured, but I can now say I have after going to Thumbprint. All the whites and reds tasted wonderful. To be honest, I was because I didn't expect it from a normal looking cellar at all. My husband and I have gone to plenty of wineries together, and he agreed that this one has the best wines out of all the ones we've visited. A second source has agreed too. 🙂 At the end of our tasting, I had to make a tough decision between which bottle I want to take back with me. Although I really enjoyed all the wines I had from here, my husband had already graciously bought me two bottles of wine from a different winery earlier as an early birthday present, so - one bottle from Thumbprint would be plenty! Although, I absolutely love reds and wanted to take a red back with me, the white Viognier was just so fascinating and interestingly tasting, in a good way, that I chose that bottle instead of other ones. It was not your normal typical white, but instead it had different tannins in an intriguing way.

What can I say about Thumbprint, the hospitality and customer service is amazing. Luigi helped me during the pandemic and the fires I couldn't pick up my wine, he was going to be traveling by location so he went out of his way to drop off my order. It's the little things that make difficult days into a happy day! Thank you - I will be a long time customer for sure.

Tina gave such amazing service. She was fun, hospitable, and attentive. The wine was so good. There was a complimentary cheese pairing that worked so well with their amazing wine. There was also live music and he was talented and so enjoyable. I would absolutely come here again, hands down. Also, Tawni was also amazing.

Visited Healdsburg a couple of weeks ago for my wife birthday and visited this place and had an amazing experience. We were helped by Luigi who look the best care of us and made my wife feel so special on her birthday. Member since 2015, great wines for a great price and the events are fantastic! Great atmosphere and the wines are outstanding! Highly recommend you swing by this place and at a minimum check out the wines. But if even more strongly recommend you join the wine club. They have multiple options for joining for different prices, so you'll be able to find the best one that meets your budget.

Super generous and great with selection. Everyone jus our party of 10 got a bottle. They don't offer the sonoma card but poured us a bunch a wine. They take their time and the wine selection was great so we appreciate it very much.

With my spouse in the wine industry and my having worked in the wine industry, you'd think we'd be better about getting out and tasting but, sadly, we rarely do. Having a two year old certainly doesn't help, but I digress. We recently decided to break the streak and go out and do some tasting in and around Healdsburg. We visited 5 places total and Thumbprint was hands-down our favorite. The wines are very good- I especially liked the viognier, fourplay and cab franc. I think I may even say they made my favorite local viognier and cab franc! They were quite, QUITE good. The staff was friendly and fun and largely responsible for our not getting to visit many more wineries- because we definitely lingered longer than we'd planned. Fun place, well located right on the square, definitely worth a visit. Oh! And the place is also something of an art gallery- featuring some great local artists that had me wishing I made a lot more money....ahh...

I opened and thoroughly enjoyed the 2016 Anniversary Blend yesterday. So tasty and rich in the mouth. The combination worked very well with the contributions to the straight Cab. The subtle flavors and the smoothness was great. I’d cooked osso buco so the wine had to stand up to the simmered veal shank and plum tomato w/seasonings. It all worked so well together— It was a hit! Please keep up the wine making and blending. Hoping to visit some time when things ease up a bit. Thanks and hello to your Club folks, as well, who’ve handled things for the Wine Club.
