Start your first full day with a gourmet breakfast while drinking mimosas and get ready for a big day! You'll stroll to thumbprint cellars' tasting room on the Healdsburg square, for an epicurean delight as Scott takes you through a wonderful wine & food pairing experience for lunch. You'll want to absorb some wine knowledge because you'll be spending the afternoon at one of our wildy fun "three some" blending workshops! Have you ever wanted to learn how to blend wine? Let Scott teach you how during this hands on experience. Join us at the winery (where all the magic happens!) and you will get to taste, blend and bottle your very own "three some" while noshing on "three some" inspired tapas! Once you're done being a winemaker for the afternoon, you'll meander back to the Honor Mansion to get ready to dine out with Scott and Erica for a special winemaker dinner at one of Healdsburg's famed, local restaurants.

Start your second day with another gourmet breakfast. Then, be chauffeured to Lisa's Vineyard in beautiful Knight's Valley. Lisa's vineyard is a breathtaking property with just a small portion planted to cabernet grapes. The remainder is rolling hills, towering old trees and views that you'll never forget. We'll spend the afternoon enjoying a wine country picnic, petting llamas, and relaxing with cabernet growers Harvey and Lisa as they share about biodynamic farming and how they work with Scott to create outstanding cabernet sauvignon. After this fun-filled adventure, we'll head back to Healdsburg to prepare for another evening out to dinner with Scott and Erica.

Relish a leisurely morning breakfast then meet Scott and Erica at the Healdsburg Farmer's Market where you can peruse a variety of local products and produce. From the market you'll be transported to the Andolsen vineyard in Dry Creek Valley for a vineyard tour with grower, Dr. Andy Andolsen and winemaker Scott. You'll enjoy a selection of gourmet bites paired with a vertical tasting spanning six vintages of Andolsen vineyard cabernet as Andy and Scott take you through each unique vintage. You'll then be transported back to the Honor Mansion for a wine and cheese reception and enjoy a catered gourmet dinner under the stars on the Honor Mansion grounds. Well, perhaps a nap between these activities might be in order - it is Saturday night - we plan to enjoy this summer wine country evening with you!

You'll enjoy another gourmet breakfast and then prepare for a unique experience bottling the latest vintage with winemaker Scott and Erica at their Healdsburg winery. You'll enjoy barrel samples and gourmet fare as you learn the art of winemaking and the craft of bottling wine first-hand. Then we'll head back to Honor Mansion for another fun-filled afternoon. Perhaps then you'll challenge Scott or Erica to a tennis match, or maybe just start perfecting your bocce strategy? Today is our 'field games day'! There'll be bocce, wine, food, croquet, wine, food - did we mention wine? Win prizes, and see if you can beat the winemaker! The main rule for thumbprint's field games day?... you can't put your wine glass down! Enjoy the frivolity while noshing throughout the day and finishing our evening with a wine country inspired barbecue on Honor Mansion's breathtaking grounds.
