-24 Crimini mushrooms, stems removes
-About 5 ounces soft goat cheese, crumbled
-Kosher salt
-Breadcrumbs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Lightly oil a rimmed baking sheet.
3. Stuff mushroom wtih goat cheese.
4. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
5. Place on prepared baking sheet; bake until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
